VerbalEyze is producing a spoken word tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We are looking for bright, young poets to give voice to their visions for society and the world as inspired by the writings of Dr. King.

We are accepting submissions from writers between the ages of 13 to 22 for two pieces based on each of the following formats:

  • Found poetry
  • Free verse poetry

For details on the found poetry format requirements click here. Submissions should be in manuscript form. Selected poets will perform their pieces at a live event.
