August 15, 2010 – The monthly Open Mic at the Barnes & Noble on Mt. Zion Road in Morrow, GA is on again! Join us the fourth Friday of each month during the 2010/11 school year for the best in young adult poetry, spoken word, and singer/songwriters. The Open Mic is an open performance to anyone from the community. VerbalEyze asks that anyone presenting respect the family-friendly venue of our host, Barnes & Noble, and keep material appropriate in content.
September 22, 2010 VerbalEyze currently conducts a biweekly writers workshop for the students of the Open Campus High School at the Perry Center for Learning. We are planning a second biweekly writers workshop open to any writer currently in high school and through the age of twenty-two. This workshop will cover all genres and disciplines of writing.
